Coach brings significant mortgage industry experience in leadership, sales, and operational excellence as he has been retained by over 30 mortgage companies around the world to coach and develop their talent to the highest levels. His top performing loan originators have exceeded over $200 million in annual production by utilizing components of his unique selling system and Person of Interest strategies, and he has helped take new originators to a whopping $150 million in less than 8 years.
