My husband and I feel like we hit the jackpot with Kacey!
As first-time home buyers in a time crunch, we felt absolutely overwhelmed. We had no idea where to start and foolishly went straight to a big bank lender. While we were waiting to hear back from the big bank lender, our realtor, Brian Anzur, suggested we call Kacey and boy are we glad we did!
The first time we called Kacey, she was on vacation, yet she worked to get pre-approved right away. Next, she offered to meet us face to face to go over paperwork and answer any questions we had. Being newly married, we don’t have much time off so she was kind enough to drive all the way down to us after work hours. We met for 2hrs. She explained what we could expect with this process, went over all the paperwork, and she answered every single question we had in great detail. She was open and honest.
Kacey kept us in the loop every single step of the way. She was incredibly prompt and responsive. Every single email or phone call was returned within the day and usually within the hour. Because of Kacey’s great work, we were able to close on our house in just 24 day! She could have had it done sooner if we needed it. She was even sweet enough to give us a housewarming gift with a handwritten card at closing. I cannot sing Kacey’s praises enough and would ABSOLUTELY recommend her.
