Starting with a group of just five people, Brant Phillips established Colten Mortgage in Denver, Colorado on March 10th, 2017. Since then, his team has grown to a size of 100 members that proudly serve customers in more than 25 licensed states. Powered by quality customer service, Colten Mortgage has always focused on personalized relationships, dynamic communication, flexibility, and community.
